2015 Poster Session Abstracts

It is the policy of WORLDSymposium to publish all abstracts with the list of authors exactly as the abstract was submitted to WORLDSymposium. The first author of the submitted abstract is listed as the presenting author on the Preliminary Program, Agenda, and Poster List (click to download).

Abstracts submitted prior to October 1, 2014 were published in the February 2015 special “Lysosomes Issue” of Molecular Genetics and Metabolism (MGM). Articles and full text of the abstracts from this issue can be purchased individually from Elsevier. The journal is available online (click here). Registered attendees received an electronic copy of the program and abstracts when they checked in at the WORLDSymposium 2015 registration desk.

The program and abstracts became copyrighted and are only available to non-registrants through Elsevier.

Dr. Stephen C. Groft received the WORLDSymposium 2015 Award for Innovation and Accomplishment

Each year, WORLDSymposia recognizes one individual for innovation and accomplishment in the field of lysosomal disease research and therapy. This year, we are pleased to present the 2015 Award for Innovation and Accomplishment in the field of lysosomal disease research and therapy to esteemed colleague Dr. Stephen C. Groft. A public servant for more than four decades and a pioneer at the Office of Rare Diseases Research, Groft is recognized worldwide as a luminary and a tireless advocate for rare diseases research.
