The option to accept a poster presentation will be sent to all abstract submitters by November 6, 2023. Poster spaces (physical and virtual) will only be provided to those who accept a poster presentation option. If your abstract was approved for platform presentation, your option to select a poster presentation was provided in the same acceptance email for both platform presentation and a poster option. If your abstract was selected for poster presentation only, you will receive a notification by email by November 6, 2023. Only abstract submitters who “Accept” the poster option will receive a poster space onsite in the Exhibit Hall and online for the Mobile App and the On Demand program.
The deadline for platform and poster acceptances is Friday, November 10, 2023. The only exception to that deadline is submissions for Late-Breaking abstracts. Notifications for Late-Breaking abstracts will be sent by December 15, 2023.
