What is the deadline to submit my platform (oral) presentation?

All presentation slides for WORLDSymposium must be submitted for review before the deadline of or sooner. Once presentations slides are approved by the WORLDSymposium Planning Team, notice of approval will be sent to presenting author. No changes to slides will be allowed once presentation slides have been approved.

Are we allowed to include our corporate logo in our presentation?

NO corporate logos, names, or branding of any kind are allowed in any presentation. Your presentation template should not include your company name, logo, branded coloring or imaging; you should use a standard and unbranded presentation template. Yes. All poster presenters are required to submit an electronic MP4 file of their poster to be available to onsite attendees via the Mobile App. The MP4 file requirement is in addition to the printed poster you must BRING onsite to hang in the Exhibit Hall during the live meeting.  The ePoster can only be a MP4 file.
